Called and the the person answering the phone just says hello then nothing but silence, no greeting doesn’t state the businesses name or anything.. I thought I had the wrong number.. So I had to break the silence and request a service in which I am told “I can’t help you today” then nothing but radio silence… the most rude, uncaring and honestly just weird experience. Nobody picked up. Even left a voicemail with my number and name so they can reach out to me again. Called the next day and no one answered yet again.
Very professional and nice person. Figured out the problem and fixed it really quickly. Affordable. Will definitely take my car there for future repairs.
