We had a very disappointing experience with Delfino Insulation. A representative came to our home and provided a quote that included all of the rooms shown—nothing was excluded. We accepted their proposal based on their assurance that the work would be completed by a specific date, as our sheetrock installation was scheduled for the following day. If the experience I had today with one of their workers is any way a reflection of the company then I would avoid them completely. I was one of dozens of cars that were stuck behind this driver for miles, he was in the left land purposely driving exactly the same speed as the truck next to him. It was obviously intentional because anytime the truck in the right lane would speed up or slow down their worker did exactly the same thing. I am not one to leave negative reviews, however this experience needs to be shared. I called Delfino a few weeks ago, to get a quote to get my attic insulated. I gave my info to the woman and was told someone would call back to schedule the appointment. I never heard from anyone, so I called back a few days later. Same thing happened. The third time, after I complained to them for not calling back, I finally got a call back and we set up a time and day for them to quote the job. I stayed home from work that day to be home fo... read more

We had 15 year old blown in insulation on top of 50 year old rolled insulation in our attic, nothing doing a good job. I wanted it all taken out and replaced with modern materials and methods as we were also having an HVAC system out in up there. After speaking to a few insulation contractors, we chose Delfino.
