I have an older home with a cinder block basement and crawl space. I decided on spray foam to encapsulate the blocks and keep the critters out. I removed all the fiberglass insulation that kept the cold out and had Delfino replace it with R21 spray foam. When the job is underway, you cannot be in the house until they are done; well, at that point, I Zelled them the money. Big mistake, they never sprayed the top of the blocks, leaving the holes open. We have used Delfino twice and have had great experiences. They spray foamed our entire home during a major renovation a few years ago and we’ve recently decided to renovate our bathroom, so we were afraid the job may be too small.
