The reviews are correct on the actual Medical Care Houston Page. The individuals at the front desk who schedule appointments are extremely rude! I mean no costumer service at all. I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. garcia and she offered me a membership program with him for 2,000$ I was so confused and said I don’t know what that is. Love Dr Garcia but nurse he had filling in today asked the routine question if I had my prostrate screening? I am a female. We laughed but these people need to use common sense before going through the questionnaire with patients. Judy Thrasher
