My wife had a horrible experience here... walked away. She brought a ring for repair and was rudely told to bring it the place that sold it. It was an inexpensive ring, but an important piece, easy repair. We are working professionals, polite and respectful. It is unfortunate to be treated this way.

The sweetest husband & wife own and operate this beautiful jewelry store. Upon my arrival, they immediately greeted me with a smile, offering me water and a chair. I got a watch adjusted to fit my little wrist, was done within 10 minutes of arrival. Mr. Deleuse was so kind, going into great detail regarding the lab diamond industry.
