The property is extremely well kept! The landlords are helpful in supporting new small businesses and doing what they can to bring success. Being a tenant at Heritage Square I never hesitate to reach out to Nino with any questions or concerns and he always responds right away which is very helpful!
Snow Removal was fast and prompt the day of the storm. Easily walkable with salted sidewalks. Property management takes great detail and care for the complex. Plenty of parking with 65 spots in the back of the complex. Some people hate small business because they are bitter and have alter motives as you can see in the reviews here but I recommend you come and take a look for yourself and visit the property manager personally. Ask for Nino.
Icy sidewalk, no snow removal, main parking area fenced off. Extremely poor property management and the township zoning officer will be notified of the minimum parking requirements not being met. As per chapter 35-63.12 in the Berkeley township zoning requirements 1 space per 200s.f. of business office space is required.
