Delerme, CPA had been doing my taxes since 2011. I am not sure what happened in the last 2 years, but I could not be more upset with the level of disregard they have for their clients. The Office Admin Karina Reed (She was my primary contact-NOT an actual CPA) is completely nonresponsive, she made SO many mistakes on my forms and NEVER once apologized.
