Delerme, CPA had been doing my taxes since 2011. I am not sure what happened in the last 2 years, but I could not be more upset with the level of disregard they have for their clients. The Office Admin Karina Reed (She was my primary contact-NOT an actual CPA) is completely nonresponsive, she made SO many mistakes on my forms and NEVER once apologized. I could never get hold of the CPA that was signing my forms (they changed CPAs without my knowledge for the year 2019, they just put some guy's name on my return I had no idea... read more
