I arrived early, even before other clients, because I was in a hurry. I only needed a regular manicure, but the technician who was available (who does acrylics) refused to take me and told me to wait for another worker. What made it worse is that another client arrived after me asking for a gel manicure—the same type of service—and they attended to her immediately. Had the best experience ever. I live downtown and got recommended this salon and never left since. Not only was the hospitality top notch. They asked everyone they painted my nail if the color was okay. They asked me how the temperature of the water was on my feet. To me the little things matter the most. Now the nails and atmosphere. The music so peaceful and everyone was so nice. I love love love this place and the nails were the best nails I’ve ever gotten
