Amazing. I have completed a number of projects with different builders and never experienced such service and quality. Daniel and Adam have been amazing from day 1 through to project handover. A reasonable build quality overall with some minor issues with water leaks through windows resolved by Antoine. The gutters have no sealant applied to any joints or seams and a gutter channel on the lower story takes the upper floor water flow but unfortunately has no side under the roof tiles and the water drains straight into the roof cavity which caused roof damage in the alcove area. Second time building and was nervous and anxious given past experience. Daniel and his team has completely changed my expectation of building - it was streamlined, smooth and actually enjoyable! A fantastic team with good communication and helping me out with ancillary issues like subdivision etc and communicating with stakeholders. Have recommended them to friends and family and would love to build with them again. Quality and finish of the building = no complaints.
Outstanding 10/10 duplex builder. Strong communications, technical attention to detail, stuck to budget and timeline. Project management team very good too. Highly recommended for Melbourne projects.
