Second time building and was nervous and anxious given past experience. Daniel and his team has completely changed my expectation of building - it was streamlined, smooth and actually enjoyable! A fantastic team with good communication and helping me out with ancillary issues like subdivision etc and communicating with stakeholders. Have recommended them to friends and family and would love to build with them again. Quality and finish of the building = no complaints.
Outstanding 10/10 duplex builder. Strong communications, technical attention to detail, stuck to budget and timeline. Project management team very good too. Highly recommended for Melbourne projects.

The team at Delcon were awesome to deal with right from initial quoting, through the build process, and tying up loose ends with the Council. They took ownership of everything, communicated well throughout the process and explained everything in as much detail as was required. Would highly recommend Daniel and the guys for any project.
