I don't usually write reviews, but I stumbled across this page and had to say something. I don't know what the situation is with these other two people, but my experience with John (DelComp) has been exactly the opposite of what these people describe. I've taken all my computers there for the last 6 years, and have bought at least 2 used laptops and a desktop from him. I can only remember once or twice in all that time there was any kind of issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY! we took our computer to get an administrative unlock done and he said it would take a couple of hours, we called couple hrs later and he said a couple more. We didn't hear anything back so we went there and as he's walking out the door, locking up, we asked for our computer and it was like an inconvenience for him to get it. We got it home and it still didn't work AND it was WORSE! So we took it back and he even said it wasn't working right, and we should wipe the hard drive and reinstall windows, well... read more

I had the owner order a new keyboard for my laptop. He took and cashed a $20.00 deposit, saying it would take less than 1 week to get it in. That was 1 month ago. He won't return my phone calls. ******Beware of this business***** I wish I would have listened to the other reviews of this shady business. The day I walked in, the owner was sitting on his stool watching a movie. Clearly, he had work to be completed with all the laptop sitting there to be worked on! DO NOT USE
