Mr. DelCollo handled my 2nd DUI I was charged with. I was facing potential jail time and he had the charges knocked down substantially, avoiding potential jail time. I could not be more grateful! He also allowed me to pay him on a payment plan which was very much appreciated, as the fees from this alone killed me. Do you know the names of anyone else that he has represented in Philadelphia? By putting your name down people can look your case up and see how good of a job he did. Reading's PREMIERE DEFENSE ATTORNEY! David DelCollo just got me out of a mandatory 2-4 for Possession with Intent to Deliver!! I told him I would spread the word on how he saved me, so here I go. DelCollo is the only Attorney I know that has knowledge straight from the street. Some people in the industry hate on him, but he looked out from me since day 1....I didnt have alot of cash at the time cause the cops took it all, so he hooked me up with a payment plan I could afford. As far as I know, if you pay him as stated in the contract, he shows up. All of you on here complaining, maybe if you payed him his fees, he would show up for you. He got my DUI dropped in 08 and my assault dropped this year. I was looking at 2-4 and walked...great attorney in my book!!
I actually wouldn't even give him 1 star....last hearing for my case and he does not show in court....skipped the state. Now what!
Attorney DelCollo did an excellent job on my case. He was very affordable, fair with payments, and fought hard to get my case COMPLETELY DISMISSED. Other attorneys that I sought were offering me light jail sentences or probation, but Attorney DelCollo got me off--DISMISSAL!! I am not sure what some of these other people on here are talking about, but I would never go to another attorney again, and like others, I know ALOT! Thanks so much David DelCollo!!!!!!!
Who ever said this attorney went to Philly is a liar. He never even shows up for court in Reading. And when he does, he is completely incompetent. He took all my money, then never showed up. I ended up going with a public defender and they did a much better job.
