Delco was a dream to work with! We were in a bad spot not being able to use any water and they quickly got us up and running at a fair price!!
I cannot say enough good things about the Josh H. who came to my home today. What was already an incredibly stressful and upsetting situation was made so much easier because of the way he handled it. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment he answered the phone and when he arrived. These guys are great! Had an emergency on one of our properties and the guys were on site within 30 minutes to help us out! Koa and Josh went above and beyond to get us taken care of and the sewer back in operation! Loved working with those guys!
All I can say is WOW!! we moved to Utah recently and the people and service are incredible and the team at Delco-Western exceeded expectations. We had unexpected plumbing issue and of course need it done asap, got to Koa on phone who took time to walk me thru steps to diagnose and then within an hour had Josh at my home to work on the EONE pump system we have here in Park City. He solved the issues and gave me a full education on how to use the system, monitor it, maintain, etc. 5 stars all the way around
These guys made the whole project easy. Also, Josh and Keanu were fantastic to work with. They had great trouble shooting ideas and were easy to work with. Thank you guys for everything.
