Been here multiple gyms with a friend, it’s a great gym. The equipment is top notch, (mostly Rogue), the environment is great, powerlifting friendly, has some machines & a boxing ring with trainers. I believe it’s 24/7 access if you pay extra for a key card, which is another plus. I’ve never signed up because I live too far to come everyday, but I would 100% sign up if you’re looking for a good local gym. The only thing I could say it needs is some upgrades, like some light fixtures or some new machine equipment. That’s all.

Just moved back to area. Great gym for people wanting to just do the work. Everyone is friendly and it's a cool old school feel.

In the process of switching gyms. Found this place. It's a wonderful place, plenty of equipment. Edit: definitely some more changes at this gym but maybe for the better. There's a recovery room that has a sauna, cold compression therapy and a doctor that does osteopathic medicine in there too. It's extra so I haven't checked it out yet.
