Not the happiest with the service right now. Called about having codes changed since an employee was terminated, and they said it needs to have a programmer plugged in and can't be done with the keypad. Set an appointment, the appointment time passes and I call and they are still on another job over an hour away. This is at 5pm, no notice that they won't be coming at all. I google the keypad make and model, and look at that, instructions on how to program a new code in. Took me less than 2 minutes to do myself without having... read more
