The staff here are so amazing. I've been here multiple times for all my needs and I've never had a bad experience. The ladies here feel like family and I always feel heard. Mariem is an absolute pleasure, Felicia is an amazing phlebotomist, and Dr. Lindsey is literally the best PCP I've ever had!
I really wanted to support this small, local, Black woman-owned clinic, but it didn't work out. On my first visit I was told the practitioner would not be in for a couple hours after my appointment time. No explanation. The intake process was ridiculously long. One person tried to sell me on the weight loss program. This was before I even spoke to the practitioner I was expecting to see. This admins are rude and incompetent. I have to check on my prescription at least 10 times before it is filled. They get upset at you for calling back and questioning them. This whole establishment should have their license revoked. Just attitudes , lashes and no medical training whatsoever
