Great service
I always have so much trouble getting my prescriptions for my medications. I've been on the same medication for over 10 years and this is the only provider that makes it difficult to get my prescriptions. And i have had problems with the staff not sending it correctly.
I like the medical staff but for some reason I can’t ever get my medications refilled in a timely matter or they send the wrong meds. I’ve been without my blood pressure and diabetes meds for days at a time even though I request a refill a week+ before I’m due to run out. I have to keep calling and requesting them to refill a medication several times. I guess if you leave a honest review they don’t like it much and send you a discharge notice in the mail. I have all my emails asking multiple times for refills:
This office despite being asked repeatedly for refills and calling in incorrect prescriptions is unable to take any criticism. If you feel the need to write a review on here that isn't absolutely glowing they will cancel their services with you. It is obvious they care more for their image than their patients.
