Review The doctor has twice come into the patient room will the wrong file and calling me by the wrong name. When important tests are being done, it is hard to get an answer straight from the doctor as to what comes next after the tests. He never calls patients himeself, yet I have been to other doctors who will call themselves explaining the next plan of action after test results are back.
