Beautiful facility with minimalistic design. Family changing facility well thought out. Some things in pool area have deteriorated and haven't been replaced like water fountains, etc.

This place feels like a high class country club, it’s just been redone within the past few years too! There’s amazing sculpture work outside, EV charge stations in the parking lot, a sauna, steam room, hot tub, basketball court, dance studio, HUGE workout room, a huge pool with laps and very clear schedule times for lessons listed everywhere, more than enough showers for everyone, what else am I missing? Great value for the price—only around $45 CAD per month. No long-term contracts, so you can just pay for one month if you want. The gym is spacious and has all the basics you need for a solid workout. I usually train between 12 and 3 p.m.—there are always people, but it never feels crowded. You can also do boxing, cycling, racquet sports, or basketball. Overall, highly recommended!
