Horrible customer service, never picks up phone.
Horrible experience. They were supposed to give us 10 minutes notice and left before my wife got there. She was there in 9 minutes. Argued and rude to my wife.I called and left a message to reschedule and no return call. I called Northwest Appliance and received excellent service and no hassle. This is the same company as Dewitt's. Definitely not the best in Delaware, the worst ever, anywhere. Save yourself some grief and call Northwest Appliance.
This is actually Dewitt and Sons.....terrible. One word to describe this company......FLAKES! DO NOT CALL
Very reasonable priced and super fast service. Called an 8:10ish guy showed up by 10:30. Wasted no time and got the fridge repaired and running same day. I recommend the service and will call again if needed.
