If I could give less than a star I would. Went with my 2 year old on a Sunday for a bad sudden rash on his face, as soon as I got there I was told it would be an hour and a half wait as there was only 1 doctor. After waiting the full hour and a half we got the doctor who didn't speak English very well, he asked about symptoms and checked my sons ears and after seeing some wax buildup in one ear proceeded to clean it out with a large q-tip, my son then screamed and blood started coming out of his ear. Went with the child. Very good experience. Staff was very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the experience. Will recommend other patients.
I went to Doc In A Box after not being able to get into my regular Doctor. I was having sharp pains in my stomach and chest. I was sent for some tests and told that my internal organs were swelled up due to a virus. They gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Things got a little better but after a follow up with my Doc. I found out I had to have immediate surgery to remove my gulblater.
