The front desk girls are wonderful and Dr. Saruk did a great job explaining everything he was doing during my surgery. A few weeks later I called the billing office and the man I spoke to was very helpful explaining the charges I would highly recommended this office.
I am so in love with my treatments they were so gentle and I could not believe the improvement I am so happy I look great.

I was only ten minutes late to an appointment due to traffic and the tricky location of the office. I called for clarification on the location of the office and let them know I was going to be a little late due to my trouble finding it. The woman on the phone said that was fine. I walked in and a member of the clerical staff refused to see me because I was ten minutes late. She told me I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes early prior to the appt. time to fill out paperwork. I would NOT recommend this place. Office staff is not very accommodating or knowledgeable. When I first made the appointment for my daughter (2 years), I asked the scheduler if they took her type of insurance. I even gave the scheduler the id number and she said they accepted it. When I got there for my appointment the receptionist-who was the nicest one there- kindly told me that they do not accept that form of insurance. I explained my conversation with the scheduler and she apologized and informed me that i would be seein... read more
