20 noisy trucks rumbling down my street at 3:30AM. Very rude and inconsiderate company. Response after owner responded 4 years later; Justifying and blaming the twp or city/boro is not the solution. Saying you do it because it's easier for you and your customers makes you look greedy and disingenuous to the community. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Suggestion; distribute the trucks several different directions so 20 of them don't drive the same residential route at once at 3am.
I had an order in for a 2 truck delivery on a Saturday which they decided to not open Saturday but they only make this call one day ahead of delivery. All i can say is their ordering process for Saturdays is a joke nothing confirmed until 24 hours out??? Lined up a lot of help and equipment for nothing..........
Recommend DVC as a good source supplier for your concrete delivery needs.
