We hired Walter to add a sitting room above the garage for our aging mother. She passed away shortly after giving him a $5000 deposit. We contacted him to get our money back (or make other plans for work to be done) and he ignored our calls. We filed a suit against him and currently have a lien against his home, business, etc. He is a thief and now owes us a lot more than $5000 due to accruing interest since 2011. He cannot be trusted, and I strongly advise using another business.
Typical grumpy old man, doesn't talk much. Wasn't communicative at all. Came by didn't say much but a handful of sentences said he'd call with a quote never did. Also never returned any calls. Sorry this is no way to do business.
If this contractor's driving is any indication of his work he should be avoided like the plague. He cut me off driving and not realizing that it was a single person company I called the phone number to report him. He threatened to call the police on me!
