The best care o have ever had very down to earth heath professionals. I love how understanding and nonjudgmental they were. Nicole was so nice and professional,when she asked questions they were asked with empathy .. And Andrew very nice and down earth his background in urology came in handy ... And he is VERY VERY HANDSOME !! Hopefully I will never have to return but if I do I hope they are both there to treat me
Make sure you check your bill! They will throw charges on there that they didn't perform during your visit, as well as horrible customer service. When I pointed out the extra charges on the bill, they refused to take them off. Even after insurance paid their part, I had an outrageous bill. I had to ask multiple times for the breakdown because they knew I would catch them. The providers here are idiots and will misdiagnose you and move on to the next person after your two minutes is up. I have never experienced such a short wait time and attention from the doctor at an urgent care before. Everyone was very kind and helpful!
