I will forever have a heart full of gratitude for The RV Shop and can't thank them enough for how wonderful they were in taking care of "my baby -my best girl" Tiffin Allegro Open Road. So after paying almost $500 to verify my AC unit on my camper needed to be replaced I’m given a $4000 quote to replace it. Seemed extremely high called them they said they would review with there team gave me another quote for $3500. Stopped at Camping World there price for the same job under $1600 and able to complete in same time period. Talk about ripping people off and price gouging.
Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Nicolette is such a great receptionist. Has a wonderful voice when taking phone calls. Whiskey always answered our questions or quickly found the answer. Mr Bob is very knowledgeable.
So pleased with the service I got at the RV shop but also with all the employees I’ve met so many. Very personable and professional. To mention a few Anna, Zaina, Jess, Janet, Kody, Miguel and Ronnie B have all served my needs with a smile. This place is a plus!
I had the APEX roof before any leaks started. The roof solved a couple of problems. Heat reduction by reflecting sun and covering a skylight that was a real heat producer. The work look great! While it was I had some other details addressed. I am impressed and will return if I need more work done. Thank you.
