I will never be able to relay how helpful, focused and TEAM oriented these folks are. We recently had our RV vandalized and parts stolen. The person that did it left our Navion on jacks in my driveway. My insurance company told me it could wait until the next week but Mother Nature had other intentions and blew the RV off the jacks and in a heap in my driveway. I called about a repair I needed on my camper. I spoke to someone that transferred me to "CJ". He told me to email him pictures and a description of what is in need of repair. So I did... over two months ago! I still haven't heard from anyone. With this in mind, I'm certainly not going to drop my camper off to trust them with anything. I also highly recommend that anyone in need of RV/camper services look for a company that regards their customers better than this. I'm glad they have so much business though. Good luck!

I had a slight delamination on my 2018 Newmar. I had the experience of taking into the Rv shop in Wilmington DE. They assigned a excellent customer service rep. The job done on my RV was 100% professional, she kept me up to date on the repairs and cost. I recommend this to my fellow RV’er. You will not be disappointed with there work. Again I want to thank the Rv shop and their staff and work crews.
