These guys were awesome! The customer service was great. Got me in quick, kept me in the loop on technicians eta, and were very efficient. Maurice was the technicians name. He was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and got right down to it. Not only did he repair the issue, he took the time to show me what the problem was, and answer a few of my questions unrelated to what he was there to repair. I won't be calling anyone else if I am ever in need again!!

Tom & the Team did a great job handling the EMS repair on my STO Beast. They earned my business going forward. Owned several high end Class A & Bs. Always, well informed every step of the way. My next service needs will be with them and those in the distance future. I had to return for a screen update and while I was doing that. Got a fitting replaced on my W/H and a great wash to boot. T/O in a day!!
As a first-time camper RV owner, I came into this with limited knowledge, but the team at the RV shop made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Every staff member I interacted with was personable, helpful, and truly informative.
