On Monday May 27, 2024 the ambulance was dispatched to 208 Park Rd. I called for an elderly woman not breathing well and not very conscious. Megan and John were on duty. They arrived and determined she needed to go to the hospital. They were unable to get the gurney in the bedroom and did not think to use a backboard. The worst, my kid had a fall accident , in a trauma scene they are suppose to not transport the child with out performing assessments such as vitals and they did assist with the travel and didn’t have the proper equipment such as a pulse oximeter that fit the baby . While they transported my baby they still wasn’t able to get vitals ! Even with a manual Bp cuff they wasn’t able to get his vitals . How would have they known if the baby wasn’t dying?
