Go here if you want a a $300 oil change. Went for an oil change, my check engine light comes on after they serviced my car. I take it back. They said it was their fault, then “fixed it” (reset the check engine light) and as I’m driving away the light comes back on. Took it back in they said they could fix it for almost $300 to replace the oil pressure sensor, which I’ve never had a problem with before. Feel completely scammed.
Rude staff. The guy at the desk made me wait while other random walk-ins were helped ahead of me after butting the line. The desk guy was disinterested and rude during our conversation. Maybe he had an off day, but man it was an awful experience.
The initial experience was okay, but this is to be expected when a sales person is selling something. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful after point of sale. It was my fault for buying tires that would not pass inspection. It would have been nice for so-called tire experts to warn me that it might be an issue, especially since they installed the tires and drove the vehicle. I will not be returning to Delaware tire for future purchases.
Scheduled appointment a week out. Arrived and no one knew my name or telephone number. Nor did they have the tires they ordered for me. Then proceeded to tell me they didn’t need to deal with my attitude. Ha
