I asked to have tires rotated and the serviceman couldn’t find the key for the lug nuts which was in the glove box. Wasn’t my best visit there

I used to take all my cars here, but will be going elsewhere from now on. I brought in my vehicle, which is a super common vehicle which only has a front wheel alignment. They did the job and the next highway trip my truck was ALL over the place and incredibly unsafe. Turns out the cam adjustment bolts had come loose, so it was self adjusting while I was driving. I suspect they didn't torque them to spec. So they agreed to make it correct, I drop it off for the 2nd time, they re-do the alignment. I take it, and the vehicle p... read more
