Had recall work done ..great customer service...great with customers...they all knew the customers by name and history of each family ...you normally get that a mom pop shop not in a incorporate facility. They have to be doing something right

Since I joined the Subaru family in 2018, I’ve always had terrific service at Delaware Subaru service! Mark and Britney are kind, professional and great with communication. The staff that work on the cars are polite and have always serviced my cars quickly and correctly. Over the years I’ve even observed the same mechanic go to the door and hold it open for customers as he’s waiting to discuss something with a service advisor. The lady at the front desk (I think her name is Melanie) was very nice and helpful. She knew I was the one who called to schedule services the moment I walked in and offered shuttle service that I did not know about. I’m glad I came! Shuttle service was given by a man named Bobby who was also very friendly. Would recommend both!
