Fantastic place to workout and meet new friends! Love my gym!
This place is my happy place! I love to workout and really love strength training! DESAC has become a place I get to meet up with my gym friends while becoming stronger and learning to push myself. The coaches are very knowledgeable and so encouraging! Come check us out!

LOVE this gym. The coaches are knowledgable and the people are amazing. It's a fun atmosphere with built-in accountability and you will definitely notice the results. I can't say enough good things about this place.
Delaware Strength and Conditioning is a great gym with group work outs that accommodate all fitness levels. The atmosphere is fun and uplifting. The members are some of the best around!!
