I had a sleep study at the Milford location and I have to say what a great experience I had! The night tech was Laurie. She was so sweet, took her time explaining in detail the test and what will happen. The facility was extremely clean and the test was really easy. Laurie represents your firm extremely well and should be recognized!

If youre no longer a patient here, dont expect them to answer you whatsoever. Emails and phone calls all ignored from my supplier and from me. They have info my supplier needs to fulfill my cpap order. What kind of office is this? Its ridiculous.
Very unprofessional. Leave messages for medication refills and they are somehow never left or in the system for the provider so patients end up without their medication for weeks. This is our second month dealing with having to call multiple times. And god forbid you express very understandable frustration because you are out of your necessary medication, they have the audacity to get an attitude with you like you are out of line. Terrible experience here from start to finish. Unorganized office, booked me for a consult I didn't need because I had an order from my doctor for sleep study. When I questioned why I spent money I didn't need to - they did make good on an offer of credit, but after that they wanted nothing to do with me. They ignored multiple requests from my dentist to complete one simple form for an insurance claim. Calls, emails, and faxes - all ignored, and ultimately insurance denied the claim because of their lack of cooperation. So f... read more
