Efficient and friendly service for a permit
Unfortunately- this is terribly ran! Got here 10 min early at 8:20 am. They already had 90 of what was needed already! I just came for two shots it’s 9:00 and they haven’t even given the shots - they also have you blindly sign forms - seems this should be against the law. When I asked for a copy of my signed doc they printed a blank one and gave it to me - I then asked for the fully executed copy and they stapled my signature to the form- like they could staple that to any form they want to! Shaddy shaddy!
Had a great experience, Miss Zariza Martinez was very helpful especially if you speak Spanish.
Unfortunately i cant say how staff is aside from the nice lady at reception as i had to leave because i had a child i had to pick up for a different appointment to get to and i was still waiting a half hour past our appointment time with them for my daughter to get her immunizations. Id understand if they were running behind but when all nurses are in one room talking when there's a patient waiting to even be called into a room and they're still talking, thats an issue.
