I was sent here by a hospice agency I volunteer at, for a two-step TB test. So that's four visits in a nine day period. I was originally dreading coming here, expecting to be waiting forever and appointment time running way over, but I was so pleasantly surprised that that was not the case at all! Staff were very warm and welcoming. They took great care of my kiddo. The facility was very nice, too!
Efficient and friendly service for a permit
Unfortunately- this is terribly ran! Got here 10 min early at 8:20 am. They already had 90 of what was needed already! I just came for two shots it’s 9:00 and they haven’t even given the shots - they also have you blindly sign forms - seems this should be against the law. When I asked for a copy of my signed doc they printed a blank one and gave it to me - I then asked for the fully executed copy and they stapled my signature to the form- like they could staple that to any form they want to! Shaddy shaddy!
Had a great experience, Miss Zariza Martinez was very helpful especially if you speak Spanish.
