Terrific company! I do not know what I would have done without the. I had a bad experience with my previous supplier. They let me run out of propane that I use for Hot Water and refused to deliver to me so I called Delaware Propane and they came that day, disconnected my previous suppliers tank and connected theirs! Saved the day! I love Delaware Propane!!!! Highly Recommended!
The customer service staff, service technicians and delivery drivers are all very professional and polite. Their propane prices are competitive with other propane companies and I love that they offer propane tank fills for BBQ grill tanks at their office for $10 on Friday, what a great deal!!
Worst company ever. I did not need Propane and they arbitrarily decided to fill my small tank with 14 gallons and then charge me $78 for that small amount that I did not need. Called them up to complain about being billed for services that I did not need and they say "well we fill automatically when you do not have a reader on the tank." I then told them that I was never told that nor did i sign up for that. It is my responsibility to call you when I need it.
