I’m really impressed by Dr. Crevecoeur. He took the time to explain his approach to primary care and thoroughly addressed my medical concerns. I never felt rushed, which is rare given the time constraints placed on healthcare providers caught up in a less-than-ideal system that prioritizes the speed at which patients are processed over the quality of the care they receive. I highly recommend Dr. Crevecoeur.
The Dr. is awesome!!! The front desk staff today 9/25, not so much. They are VERY dismissive!! To drive 40 minutes for that kind of behavior is crazy. I will NEVER go back to that office!!! I will stick with the Dover office! Update 9/30 My issue WASN'T the amount of FREE samples that I rcvd. The issue as I stated was the rude & dismissive staff! Today my mom had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Crevecoeur. We went over how she was doing and then I explained to Dr. Crevecoeur how I had tried to get an appointment with him for my pre- surgery screening, but I was refused as I still hadn’t seen him officially as I was a new patient and how I was told they could get me in to see a different doctor but then I would no longer be able to be a patient of Dr. Crevecoeur. Office scheduled my appointment for Friday at 3pm.... office closed at 1pm on Fridays... I did not realize that until today (Friday) so no appointment for me today. 🤦♀️
