I arrived at 8:57 AM for my 9:30 AM appointment with Dr Galinat. Upon walking through the door, my injured shoulder gave way and I was in visible physical distress. The staff saw me struggling and in pain the moment I arrived and did absolutely nothing to assist me. Instead, they watched me sit in a chair in pain for an hour. I watched them call multiple patients back for my specific doctor who had only walked in 2 minutes prior. Doctor doesn’t care about patient. Offers little to no pain meds for back surgery. Seems to ignore nurses attempting to help w pain
