The Drs and other medical staff are good but man oh man what is with the front desk staff? Every time we try to schedule our next appointment(s) they act like we're requesting some unreasonable situation. For example, today the orthodontist technician told us to schedule the next 3 appointments 4 weeks apart. When asking for this (again, we were told to schedule this way) the scheduling assistant said that was impossible that they don't schedule that way and the best they could do is get us in 6 weeks from now and then sched... read more
We have had good luck with them. They take insurance and have several offices to be seen in. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. The text reminders are helpful
I say it is good but also bad the two front deck people were giving my mom attitude and me. Which is not ok but I tried was letting it go cuz she was not ok she was making faces and acting like we did something bad I respect all the other people who work there that are all good but the two front people was making my day bad by looking at there face.
Most amazing place ever! Dr. Flagg and Ms. Adrienne are the most professional, knowledgeable and well versed dental experts by far! Highly recommend! We’re so happy to have found this practice! A huge thank you to both Adrienne and Dr. Flagg!!
