This place is filthy, disorganized and slow. My wife went in for a nuclear scan of her thyroid over two weeks ago and still there is no report. There are or were signs posted that due to a shortage of Radiologists that reports would be slow...BUNK! My guess is that they are either not paying enough, slow with payment or not paying at all. You will be better off going to a veterinary clinic...at least they're clean.Eric T.

Picked up the phone then left me on hold forever.
This office never pick up the phone to make appointments I waited an hour on the phone for one , got fed up and hung up the phone, they make me sick with the system they have, whatever happened to talking to a real person, to much is to much.
I am not only claustrophobic, I have a fear of most medical procedures. I was a nervous wreck for days leading up to my MRI, but even the lady working the desk was very reassuring. The MRI was open on both sides so I didn't feel quite as closed in despite the top was very low and close to my face. The tech who ran the MRI was so patient and answered all my questions. I had a great experince at the Bancroft & Silverside location. The front desk was very helpful, very pleasant to myself and other patients. The ultra sound tech was nice as well, I will definitley use them again.
Professional staff and service. My Doctor had my results immediately. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing an Open MRI.
Absolutely terrible. I have been waiting over a week for my doctor and P/T to receive the report from a simple neck Xray. I called days ago and they apparently wrote down the wrong fax number. I gave it to them again and the doc still hasn't heard anything. Neither has my Physical Therapist. I am in excruciating pain and my course of treatment has been delayed almost a week because of them.
Horrible. I called ahead to confirm reservations and insurance. I was given the green light to come on in. When I get there, they inform me they do not accept my insurance. Huge waste of time. I had to scramble to find a new place, thankfully I have internet on my phone and found a place which takes my insurance. I recommend to not go to this place even if they take your insurance.
