Always felt welcomed ,little to no wait time ,customer service is absolutely amazing where I do recommend family and friends to this friendly atmosphere
Do not recommend. Long wait times, impossible to get ahold of and only open 9-10 days A MONTH! I have been to the clinic twice and both times I sat waiting for over 2 hours just to be seen. It took weeks to get ahold of them to schedule a follow up appointment. I tried calling at different times and different days. Each time I was told “call back during normal operating hours”. I go online and there’s no hours on the website and their “Contact Us” page is a page error. Finally I find their Facebook just to find out they’re o... read more

Love Dr. Umobi but they have got to do something about the wait time. Waiting 2 hours just to be called back and then waiting another 30-40 minutes in the room, just to be seen for about 15 minutes is crazy. If I didn’t love Dr. Umobi so much, I would try to find another OBGYN but his care and compassion is unmatched. I asked the receptionist if 2-2 1/2 hours is normal and she said “Yes”. Dr. Umobi is amazing! He is the best doctor I have ever had. I delivered almost 3 yrs ago and have since moved out of state but my family and I still talk about how wonderful he was and how his care saved us from another heartbreak. The wait can be long but it was worth it .
