We are new to the area and now have a new member of the family. Everyone from Northwest Vet Clinic was amazing, from booking the appointment to check out, it was an amazing experience. My dog and I adore Dr Renner! I followed her to this practice and I’ve never had anything other than great experiences with any of the other staff as well. The care we get is worth a short drive. My dog is a nervous guy with new people and the vet, I do lots of work with him of course but the staff and Dr Renner’s approach is so great here - I’m delighted he is increasingly comfortable visiting the vet here. I can't say enough positive things about this clinic. I used to live in Delaware where they're located but moved to Zanesville a few years back and still bring my dog here for care. My pup damaged both her rear acl's and they helped perform the surgeries and took the best care of my dog during both. They're kind, knowledgeable and truly care about your pets well being. Highly recommend!
