Tried an event at new place. they hung up after extra charges. manager wont talk. bugs and dust

I was a bartender at the Keybank Buffalo Sabres Arena/1970s Club. I started on Thanksgiving 2024. When I started, there was no detergent for the glass/dishwasher. The other bartender and I alerted management. No detergent was ever ordered. This went on for 5 1/2 months, only washing the glasses with water, as we were told.
