I use to work for this company and they were great loved my job but then one day hr wants to fire me over the phone and not show me proof of anything i.got.my all time favorite job taken from me and I can't even reach my goal
I was a bartender at the Keybank Buffalo Sabres Arena/1970s Club. I started on Thanksgiving 2024. When I started, there was no detergent for the glass/dishwasher. The other bartender and I alerted management. No detergent was ever ordered. This went on for 5 1/2 months, only washing the glasses with water, as we were told. Not that I’m desperate for a job, but I’ve been applying to this company for years whenever I am in need of employment and they immediately deny me what happened to EEO. I’m not sure how they determine who they want to interview but is starting to Feel like their discriminating or seem to be bias. And now from reading the comments, maybe the company is racist
