0 starts if I could. The lady Teena was nearly half an hour late to our appointment. She was very rude, very short, and made us uncomfortable to even ask questions. Decided we would apply for them anyway and just deal with her. I sent an email asking to initiate the application process. She calls me going off for sending her another email. Wanted to know why I did it. I told her, her behavior is unacceptable. This was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with
Teena was such a kind and punctual person when showing Unit 61 to me today. Very informative of the process needed to obtain a rental. Very professional and much appreciated!
My wife and I scheduled a showing for Lot 29 at 10:30 a.m. We show up at 10:30, and pull into the driveway of the lot, following the directions that were given to us. Unfortunately, the person, Teena, did not show up to the showing. We had waited until 10:50, called twice, emailed, and text the number, to no answer on any front.
