When a customer adds a tip on the booking app, (Execucar or any 3rd party) the actual driver should 100% get it, and at present he/she doesn’t. Otherwise, it just makes the customer feel pressured into giving cash on the spot, even though the booking app already has a tip on it. Please integrate this better, so there is no misunderstanding with your customer base, otherwise, people won’t want to use the booking app at all and will go directly to the service provider.
