On Friday, December 5, I woke up with severe lower left back pain that felt like a Charlie horse in my back. The spasms were excruciating—at rest the pain was about a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, but when the spasms hit, it shot to a 10. I could barely move. You can’t go wrong with Dr Harmon and Dr Duke! I was in a car accident last year and wasted 6 months going to another chiropractor. Trust me, start with chiropractic care AND PT. It’s a winning combo! So thankful to have them right in Milford. So easy to schedule apts and they fit me in when Its convenient. It’s always a joy to go to my appointments.
