I had to have an ultrasound done of both of my legs & had it done @ DIN in Middletown. From the minute I entered the facility I was treated with kindness & respect! Everyone I met had a warm smile on their face & went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Very clean and staff friendly when I can in the front door. Not a long wait to been taken back. Kelsey and I believe Laura or Lauren were the two that did the MRI. They were very patient kind and gave good instructions throughout the whole event. I don’t think I could have had a nicer experience during a difficult time in my life
First and foremost the Front Desk Customer Service System is Super Organized and Customer Satisfaction Oriented. .. Ms. Linzy my Intake Technician was very Courteous Awesomely Dedicated to Her Clients. She even took Time to wish Me goodbye after my Procedure. That is Professionalism with Humanity. I’ve always use Delaware Imaging, but today I have to admit, from the front desk, who were very welcoming and very thorough and very polite to the technician that did my x-rays DEXA scan mammogram. I can say I will never ever use any place else in Delaware Imaging in Middletown, Delaware Thank you so much for the service. The employees were extremely helpful today when I was late for my appointment. They had my paperwork ready for me and within minutes I was in the imaging room. My technician Joe was courteous and helpful, making my experience positive and tension free.
