Facility was very clean. Staff was pleasant and attentive. I arrived 30 minutes early and was actually seen not too long after my arrival. The technician was very informative and explained the process from start to finish. He also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Would definitely come back to this location.
This was my first time at DIN and I’m very happy with my visit. They sent a text several days before my appointment to pre-check in which only took a few minutes. On the day of my appointment I was in and out within 25 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. My only suggestion is to bring your own sanitation wipes. I was told they are no longer allowed to provide them because so many people tried flushing them and it messed up their plumbing.
Facility very clean. The staff very friendly & courteous. After tests, I was assisted with putting jewelry back on. Unfortunately, when I returned home I noticed one earring had dropped out of my ear. Returned to the facility and my gold earring was found on the floor in the dressing room I used. Exceptional service! Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I was very late for my MRI appointment due to an emergency at home but they were able to squeeze me in for my study. I was very anxious and nervous about laying in the MRI machine but the two techs (not sure of their title) were great! Very calm and nurturing spirits. Thay kept me informed of exactly what was happening during the study and even gave time estimates. My experience was excellent and I would recommend and return there if needed.
Delaware Imaging Network made the MRI experience helpful and swift. I was impressed with the virtual portals and document entry options. The forms were easy to fill out prior to the appointment. The one thing about DIN was their focus to make your appointment easy with constent communication. They reminded you of all the things you need to do. You were prepared for the appointment.
