Everyone there is so nice, from the receptionist to the technicians. They’re very thoughtful. Offered me a mask since I’m a bit claustrophobic and a blanket without my having to ask for either. They’re just wonderful.
I had scheduled an appointment for today at 11:30 and responded to the text sent for me to confirm by pressing #1 to confirm instead there Program canceled my appointment. thank goodness I saved my text message. I screenshot it and send it to the office manager Jeannie she came out and apologized and was able to squeeze me in and get my ultrasound done. the other staff behind the window was very nice and the ultrasound technician did a great job. Her name was Kylie.
I’m so grateful that the MRI technician took time to really talk to me and listened. The staff is kind, thoughtful, and careful. Usually no wait. It doesn’t feel rushed. All experiences here have been very good. When faced with medical uncertainty, it helps to have technicians that seem to truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Delaware Imaging Network for their exceptional staff, convenience, and professionalism.
The front desk staff is very nice. Ryleigh conducted my ultrasound. She was professional, respectful & very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable in an already uncomfortable environment & I am grateful for that considering that’s a rare feeling for me when I’m dealing with the medical industry. Highly recommend this spot.
They were able to change my appointment to an earlier time, so I did not have to wait. Since I filled out all forms online, I only had to hand in the script and I was seen shortly after. Employees were very pleasant.
