First and foremost the Front Desk Customer Service System is Super Organized and Customer Satisfaction Oriented. .. The receptionist on the front desk were very professional and polite at the same time. She accommodated me to my timing needs I would definitely recommend this place to any one looking for a pleasant experience to start off the day!
The Middletown office was a wonderful experience. I didn't have a long wait & things moved along smoothly. My tech was very pleasant to deal with. Good bedside manner is always a plus. Thanks for a great experience! It was a big difference from Dover, DE crappy office experience.
Front office was clean, organized, and provided service in a timely manner. Once I went into the back, the staff were friendly and professional. I had an MRI done. I am claustrophobic. The staff provided head phones with music and intermittent communication about how long each image would take. That eased my anxiety a lot and we were done within 15-20mins. I highly recommend Delaware Imaging in Middletown, De. Thank you for making the process painless.
Overall very satisfied. Check into their Middletown location which is undergoing renovations. Warm and greeted at the desk and informed it would be a little bit of a wait. To my surprise the wait was very brief my technicians were clear with the directions and very informative. The procedure was done in an Open MRI. As a large individual 6-5, 280 lbs I appreciated the space. However Open MRIs are very loud. The procedure was about 40 minutes and very bearable. I would recommend DIN to Future customers.
