I would highly recommend Delaware hyperbaric. I went for a massage with Liz post knee surgery. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns before beginning. She was able to identify issues in other areas of my body that had developed as a result of compensating. She was able to address those issues and I had a lot of relief as a result. This was a great experience! I was a bit hesitant at first as I was concerned about being in a capsule. The therapist could not have been nicer. She explained the process so I knew what to expect and made sure I was comfortable! The capsule actually enabled two of us to fit comfortably! We had pillows and were able to sit up or lay down. We were able to communicate with the therapist and she checked in us. There were windows too and we were able to vary the amount of light inside the capsule. I came out very relaxed! I had exacerbated an injury while at work and was forced to limp for several days. A friend recommended me to Delaware Hyperbarics to see if it could help with recovery, so I decided to give it a try. In addition to a very clean and vibrant atmosphere, along with a friendly staff, I was extremely pleased with my experience. I woke up the next day almost fully recovered and had the best sleep of my life. Highly recommended!
