Horrible, put in paperwork paid my $100 fee. 3 weeks later vague answers to my emails. Then after a strongly worded email, because it was the only way of communication, they informed me the landlord was concerned I couldn’t pay $100 more a month than I was. I feel this is a scam. Poor customer service.
