Booked a golf cart online one day aheadI wasn’t sure if the reservation was confirmed so I called about it. I called to check if reservation went through. Woman answering the phone said that as long as the website didn’t give me an error message that the cart would be reserved. She also told me the boat would drop us off in front of the rental business. That drop off was for the jet express. We took the ferry miles down the road. She could have asked us our method of reaching the island but did not. Terrible inconvenience
We rent here all the time. No problems. Seems some people choose not to read the contract they sign. Kinda Stupid. We have always had a good experience
