I have been coming to DFF for a year and I absolutely love it. This is not my first CrossFit gym but is my favorite. The difference is that here I feel not only challenged but also supported, and motivated. Every time I improve, the coaches cheer me on and help me get even better. Other gyms felt more competitive and had coaches that *pushed* me harder instead of helping me and leading me - so here I am constantly improving and actually looking forward to coming back.
