This place is AWESOME!! The owner was very gracious in letting us drop in on a Saturday afternoon to do one of the Crossfit Semis workouts as I don't have a rope at home. He stayed after when he didn't need to and let me go crush!! This facility is top notch and they have a kids area, would recommend for sure!!!
I have been coming to Delaware Fit Factory for about 3 months now and I have truly loved every second of my experience thus far! Everyone here really takes the time and wants to get to know you as a human. I was hesitant at first to show up for the first time but as soon as I walked into that door, I felt like family to everyone that I said hi to or had a conversation with. DFF has genuinely changed my life. I came in looking for results, and I got them but what I didn’t expect was how much my entire relationship with fitness would shift.
