I cannot say enough good words about DFF! I have been a member for 6 months now and I just love the atmosphere. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, it does not matter because you will find support from coaches and members alike. I've been a member for three months now and Delaware Fit Factory is the best exercise experience I've had, after years of trying to get fit on my own and also hiring a personal trainer. The coaches all knew my name in just the first week, have given me consistently helpful instruction in every class, and the membership feels like an excellent value for the price. I've been going to DFF for almost 2 years now. The workouts have definitely made me stronger, and I've seen a significant change in myself. They have a wide variety of equipment. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and they genuinely want you to succeed. The workouts are challenging but fun, with a healthy mix of cardio and weight training. They also offer yoga classes - how cool is that? The community at DFF is amazing, cheering each other on and looking out for one another. Highly recommended.
One of the best decisions I've ever made -> joining DFF. The coaches and DFF community are super positive and supportive. I wasted years hesitating to join, don't make the same mistake!
