Great gym
Wonderful experience. Far outweighs any fears you may have going in. Excellent coaching, fun atmosphere, serious about your fitness. Highly recommend
I have been coming to DFF for a year and I absolutely love it. This is not my first CrossFit gym but is my favorite. The difference is that here I feel not only challenged but also supported, and motivated. Every time I improve, the coaches cheer me on and help me get even better. Other gyms felt more competitive and had coaches that *pushed* me harder instead of helping me and leading me - so here I am constantly improving and actually looking forward to coming back. Step into a gym filled with support, knowledge, and the expertise to mentally and physically Strengthen you! It takes the first step and the willingness to put in the work. I cannot say enough good words about DFF! I have been a member for 6 months now and I just love the atmosphere. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, it does not matter because you will find support from coaches and members alike. DFF is such a community and I love the warm and inviting atmosphere, everytime I walk in.
