Over-talks patients, relies on test results over patient feedback, prescribes overly-complex, overly-strong lens design and condesendingly reluctant to resolve issues on patient terms. Found a new doctor that immediately translated my needs after years of discomfort.
Dr Carrie McMahon is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I had a minor eye emergency Friday night. I left a message with her on call service and she got back to me within minutes. She talked me through my situation, assured me everything would be okay then she met me at her office first thing the next morning on a closed Saturday to examine my eye. I am so grateful to have her as my eye doctor!!!! Good people are still out there!
