Dr. Smith is the worst Eye doctor in the state.. He makes all this money What doesn't wanna spend the time with the patients he Just wants to write scripts for Eye drops and get the patient out so he can make more money... my mom called his office for 3 weeks trying to get in touch with him to tell him the drops he gave her weren't working and when She finally got him on the phone.
