I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his practice. Everyone is super professional and kind. The procedure is quick and they make it easy. I was able to see results right away. If you have any reservations, I hope this review helps bring you relief. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner! I scheduled my appointment through Zockdoc.I have a confirmation text for the appointment 0n 2/ 10 at 11:05 with Dr. Abraham. Magallanez DO. The office had me scheduled for 2/9 not 2/10. They had the appointment marked as a no show. I did not receive any phone calls or any contact concerning a no show appointment. They couldn't take me on 2/10 as scheduled by Zocdoc. They require me to make an appointment for another day. No apologies, no acknowledgement of an error. The staff and office manager unhelpful.
I love the way staff is so professional and the facility is so clean. My experience has been AWESOME!
