Equipment worked very well and was clean. Owner of the store is a very nice guy and his knowledge of equipment and inventory is second to none. Highly recommend
Horrible customer service. He refused renting me a trailer because my hitch didn’t have a sticker on it. Well, I told him how are other locations have been renting it to me? And he said, “I don’t know, go back to them” Unreal
Rude conducts business blocking traffic and then yells if you go around. Worst customer service ever.
When I picked up the boom lift they explained how everything worked. They did not rush me and pulled the lift out so I could easily hook up to my pickup truck. The lift worked fine and I had no trouble with it. When I returned it, as soon as I pulled into the parking lot some one came out and greeted me then unhitched it and I was out of there within a couple of minutes.
