Very rude and arrogant. Instead to tell me to call UHaul he gave me suggestions that did not make sense and would have cost a lot of money
I had a really disappointing experience at Delaware Equipment Rental. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. It felt like I was inconveniencing him by simply picking up a rental. I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you expect even a basic level of respect.
Mike, was the awesome associate whom dropped off the equipment and explained all the operations of using the lift in a safe and efficient manner. The equipment was in great shape and worked well. Thanks!
