They guy Tom who in fact is the owner is extremely rude and ignorant I had a uhaul truck reserved for this place and end up leaving because he has NO MANNERS AT ALL AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK
Warning: Never Never Never go here... they treat you like trash. I made a mistake scheduling my uhaul trailer pick up at this Wilmington location without reading the reviews ...In fact, I can copy and paste most of the negative reviews. I had the same nasty experience just like most customers. I pulled up yesterday, 9/21/2019 to pick up the uhual trailer I scheduled online and this guy (staff or manager or whatever he is) started giving me a run around...."move your pick up truck... you can park here, you can park there."
